One can improve the situation by various laws, certain thigns may be criminalized, but in any non-totalitarian country, there's inevitably a threshold beneath which one must have a right for his or her decisions regardless of speculations about the causes.2) The same thing except that corporations aren't driven primarily by biological instincts - they act to maximize the profit so this behavior *proves* that given the best evidence they have, the folks in the corporations think that they will do better if they hire men.
